The organization is a volunteer association organized to function independently of, but in cooperation with, Sparkman High Schools' administration, Athletic Director, Cross Country and Track & Field Head Coach and other school authorities, for the purpose of promoting, supporting and disbursing funds to the Cross Country and Track & Field program at Sparkman High School.
